Counting rules
Every tweet market uses this counting rule. The same text is written into the market when it opens.
What counts
- Only CZ (@cz_binance, id 902926941413453824) and He Yi (@heyibinance, id 1003840309166366721).
- The window is 00:00:00–23:59:59 Beijing time of the post's X created_at, to the second.
- Counted: original posts (including photos, video, and polls), quote posts, and a self-thread (a reply whose in_reply_to_user_id is the author).
- Not counted: replies to other people, pure reposts, and reposts that were undone.
- Deleted posts do not count. Before a result is proposed, every stored post that day is re-checked with GET /2/tweets?ids=, at most 100 ids at a time. A missing post is marked deleted, stores deletedAt, and is left out.
- An edited post counts once. A keyword market hits when any captured version contains the keyword. Edit history is stored from the stream's edit fields and edit_history_tweet_ids.
- Keywords are case-insensitive. BNB matches BNB, $BNB, and #BNB as whole tokens, and does not match BNBChain. Emoji and Chinese keywords match literally.
- A Chinese post is text that contains at least one CJK Unified Ideograph.
- If an account is locked, suspended, or renamed so that day cannot be counted, the market is cancelled and stakes are refunded.
- Evidence lists every captured post, whether it counted, and why it was left out (reply, repost, or deleted), with a link.
Fees and fairness
- The fee is 3% of the losing pools only. All of it buys back and burns $SUAN. The platform does not book bets.
- Winners split what remains of the losing pools in proportion to their stake.
- If nobody backed the winning outcome, or the market is cancelled, every stake is refunded and no fee is charged.
- After a result is posted, anyone can dispute it by putting up the bond (0.05 BNB by default) during the dispute window.
